02 — Our Services
DetailLift provides services including:
- Website Design
- Landing Page Design
- Local SEO
- Website Maintenance
- Website Hosting (where applicable)
All services are subject to project agreements and quotations.
03 — Quotes & Payments
Project pricing is provided in writing before work begins.
Projects may require:
- One-time setup fee
- Monthly subscription (if selected)
- One-time payment (optional)
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
04 — Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:
- Accurate project information
- Feedback within a reasonable timeframe
- Required approvals
Project delays caused by missing content may affect delivery timelines.
05 — Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions stated in the proposal.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
06 — Intellectual Property
Once the project has been fully paid for, ownership of the final website design and approved content transfers to the client.
DetailLift reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
07 — Hosting & Maintenance
Where hosting or maintenance is included:
- Services remain active while payments are up to date.
- Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
08 — Limitation of Liability
DetailLift is not responsible for:
- Third-party platform outages
- Search engine ranking changes
- Loss of business revenue
- Client-provided content
- Delays caused by third-party services
09 — Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the agreed project terms.
Outstanding invoices remain payable.
10 — Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on this page.
